Participation and benefits shall be considered void where prohibited by law. 21st Century Smoke® assumes no liability for any user’s participation that contravenes the laws or regulations of his or her state. Your participation is subject to present and future program rules. Your participation is valid only at www.21stcenturysmoke.com and E-Bucks and Discount Dollars may only be earned and redeemed on www.21stcenturysmoke.com.
As a member of the 21st Century Smoke® E-Bucks Loyalty Points Program, you will receive points, which are subject to change at any time. To accumulate points for purchases, you must first, create a 21st Century Smoke® account on www.21stcenturysmoke.com and then make a completed purchase. E-Bucks will post to your 21st Century Smoke® account between 1-5 business days from the date of purchase. 21st Century Smoke® E-Bucks have no cash value. You cannot give or transfer your account, E-Bucks or Discount Dollars earned to anyone else.
The 21st Century Smoke® E-Bucks Loyalty Points Program is subject to modification, cancellation, or limitation at 21st Century Smoke® ’s discretion, with or without notice. The number of points required to redeem any reward may be substantially increased or decreased, any reward may be withdrawn, and restrictions on any reward or reward redemption may be imposed at any time.
Once you redeem your E-Bucks for a discount and the product has shipped and been marked completed in our e-commerce system, the E-Bucks are deducted from your account. This action renders the E-Bucks redeemed and these redeemed E-Bucks will not be reinstated.
It is the sole responsibility of the 21st Century Smoke® E-Bucks Loyalty Points Program member to check the accuracy of the quantity of their E-Bucks. See specific product pages on www.21stcenturysmoke.com for qualifying points. Extra E-Bucks may be available from time to time for the purchase of specific products and or promotions.
In the case of fraud or abuse involving the E-Bucks Loyalty Points Program, point credit or reward issuance, 21st Century Smoke® has the right to take appropriate administrative and/or legal action, including but not limited to revocation/cancellation of any reward and/or termination of your Loyalty Points Program eligibility, and all points earned through the Loyalty Points Program may be forfeited and your Loyalty Points Program account(s) closed.
In situations involving errors or misuse of the program, we specifically reserve the right to freeze an account and stop future redemption of Loyalty Points issued to those accounts. 21st Century Smoke® reserves the right to terminate your membership for any reason or no reason and at its sole discretion.

The 21st Century Smoke® E-Bucks Loyalty Points Program is created and controlled by 21st Century Smoke® in the State of Wisconsin in Rock County, U.S.A. As such, the laws of the State of Wisconsin will govern these disclaimers, terms and conditions, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in the Rock County, Wisconsin in all disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions or the Program.
21st Century Smoke® has the right to terminate the Loyalty Points Program at any time for any reason or no reason and with or without notice. In that event, the right to earn points and redeem rewards will end immediately, regardless of the extent of your participation in the Loyalty Points Program. 21st Century Smoke® may terminate the Loyalty Points Program, in whole or in part, effective immediately in any jurisdiction(s) if required to do so by applicable law.
