Nina Campbell – Refund and Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with Nina Campbell. We hope that you LOVE your purchases. However, if you do wish to return any products or request a refund or exchange, our Returns Policy is set out below: General Returns Policy

  • All returns must be arranged via website@ninacampbell.com
  • If you are not entirely pleased with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 30 days of receipt
  • We will be happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect and resaleable condition, unused, unwashed and in its original packaging
  • Faulty items can be returned provided you alert us within 30 days of receipt. Please take extra care to read any specific care instructions provided with your purchase and we recommend you check your order as soon as it is delivered to ensure no items were damaged during transit. We will provide you with a full refund if the item is deemed faulty
  • We cannot accept an item returned as faulty if the appropriate product care instructions have not been followed and the damage caused to the product is clearly due to wear and tear and/or misuse
  • We will arrange collection for all returns and you shall be responsible for all charges unless the item is faulty
  • You have a right to change your mind within 14 days from the day you receive your items in accordance with our Cancellation Policy

Wallpaper

  • Returns will be accepted and a full refund will be provided if the wallpaper has not been cut or damaged, is in its original packaging and is returned within 7 days of invoice
  • After 7 days of invoice you have 30 days from receipt to return your wallpaper. A 20% handling charge will be levied plus any relevant carriage costs
  • Faulty wallpaper: If you have ordered wallpaper directly through us please ensure the wallpaper hanger reads the hanging instructions carefully before commencing. Please also note no claim will be accepted for the wallpaper hung in excess of one roll where a fault could reasonably be prior to hanging. Faulty wallpaper can be returned provided you alert us within 30 days of receipt
  • Please check that the correct wallpaper has been sent on receipt of delivery and it is undamaged
  • You have a right to change your mind within 14 days from the day you receive your items in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.

Furniture, Made to Order and Sample Sale Furniture

Nina Campbell furniture and oomph furniture are ‘Bespoke Made to Order’ and tailormade to your specific requirements. Accordingly, you are not entitled to any refunds unless the item is deemed faulty.

Nina Campbell furniture is handmade by artisan workshops within the UK. Due to the nature of the materials used, finishes and wood grains may vary.

From time to time some stock items may be sold via the website, which have all previously been on display in our shops and may have some reasonable marks and wear and tear. This will be reflected in the Sample Sale Price. You have a right to change your mind within 14 days from the day you receive the ex-display item in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.

Furniture Delivery

Please let us know in advance at furniture@ninacampbell.com, quoting your order number as reference if there are any parking restrictions or the delivery address is difficult to access.

Please also confirm to us in advance that we will have clear access at your delivery address to deliver furniture and large items.

If any large item is being delivered to a delivery address not situated on the ground floor, then please check that we will have sufficient access to deliver your item, including, but not limited to, wide turning points on stairways or a fully operational elevator (if relevant). We are not responsible for determining sufficient access to your delivery address.

We reserve the right to charge you for the cost of any reattempted delivery as a result of your failure to accept the scheduled delivery or provide sufficient access to the delivery address.

General Delivery and Charges

We use Fedex to deliver our products to help ensure you receive your order accurately, promptly and in fantastic condition.  

Free Click & Collect is available for accessories and wallpaper from our London Shops

Wallpaper and fabric samples are only available for delivery within the UK. For any wallpaper and fabric orders outside of the UK please email website@ninacampbell.com 

We ship across the world, but if your delivery address is in Europe, we apologise but please do email us at pimlico@ninacampbell.com to assist with processing your order.

Nina Campbell Furniture Delivery Charges

Delivery Charges range from £45 to £250 depending on the postcode and whether we require 1 or 2 man delivery. Additional delivery charges will occur to the following postcodes:

HS, IV16-28, IV40-63, KA27-28, KW, PA20-78, PH15-50, ZW. Isle of White PO30-41,Isle of Man IM1-9Scilly Isles TR21-25, Jersey JE1-5, Guernsey GY1-10
