LOYALTY CLUB TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Upon agreeing to participate in the Rodd & Gunn Loyalty Club, an individual becomes a member of the program and is deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.
  2. The Loyalty Tier discount applies to full priced styles only and excludes Gift Cards (eGift Cards and physical Gift Cards) and Gunn Multi buys unless otherwise stated by Rodd & Gunn.
  3. In our retail lodges, you may present your name, or email address at the time of purchase to connect your purchase with your Loyalty Club account.
  4. For online shopping you need to sign-in to your account. For first-time online users, who joined our Loyalty Club instore, your online account has been pre-created for you. To access it, click on the Login link located in the top right-hand corner of the page and select the “Forgotten Password” link and enter the email address provided at time of sign-up, then click submit. An email will be sent to you with a link to update / reset your password for your Loyalty Club online account.
  5. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the Loyalty Club, you may contact our loyalty department by e-mailing us at loyalty@roddandgunn.com.
  6. There is no fee to enrol in the Loyalty Club. Perks accumulated under the program are promotional and have no cash value.
  7. Program spend excludes purchases at Hudson Bay and Rodd & Gunn wholesale.
  8. Annual spend is calculated in local currency.
  9. All qualifying spend amounts per tier is after discounts and promotions have been applied, but inclusive of GST.
  10.   Gift Card purchases (eGift Cards and physical Gift Cards) and alteration fees are not included when calculating annual spend.
  11.   Your loyalty member discount is available in retail lodges, Hudson Bay, Myer & David Jones concessions or outlet lodges, unless specified otherwise by Rodd & Gunn.
  12.   Loyalty club members spend is reviewed on a 12-month basis.
  13.   Gold & Platinum Loyalty Club members are entitled to their tier discount on top of promotions and sale product unless otherwise stated by Rodd & Gunn. Discount does not apply to the purchase of Gift Cards (eGift Cards and physical Gift Cards). Discounts are applied after promotional offers have been deducted to the items/order.
  14.   Free tailoring* includes hems of pants and cuffs of jackets for all non-sale products bought in a retail lodge.
  15.   Rodd & Gunn may amend or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Rodd & Gunn will endeavour to notify all loyalty program members of any changes.
  16.   By becoming a member of the Rodd & Gunn Loyalty Club you consent to the information you provide to be used for marketing purposes. Information concerning loyalty members is held in a database and is made available to all Rodd & Gunn lodges. All information collected is bound by our Privacy Policy
  17.   A member can terminate their membership at any time by e-mailing us at loyalty@roddandgunn.com.
  18.   A member can opt-out of email communications by selecting the unsubscribe link located at the bottom of each email sent.
  19.   We cannot guarantee loyalty discounts will be honoured by third party stockists and department stores.
